Caesars Palace

  • Restaurant Guy Savoy, one of the most romantic restaurants on the Strip, will offer the finest tasting menu this Valentine’s Day. Led by Executive Chef, Julien Asseo, the menu features selections of exceptional French specialties including octopus in cold steam, foie gras with sea urchin and Osetra caviar, lobster ravioli, veal cheek, grilled A5 Japanese Wagyu beef, a beautiful chocolate and raspberry dessert and more. Pricing is $340 per guest.

  • Steakhouse lovers will rejoice at BLT Steak with a Valentine’s Day prix fixe menu. The menu for the evening begins with a chopped or beet salad. Guests can then opt to add a delectable mid-course of tuna tartare or crab cake. Selections for the main entrée include pan-seared salmon, 5 oz. filet or airline breast of chicken, all served with a side of choice. Guests will finish off the meal with a dessert of choice. Pricing is $75 per guest.

The Cromwell

  • Offering prime views of the Las Vegas Strip and an Italian-inspired Valentine’s Day tasting menu, GIADA sets the mood for romance. The meal begins with antipasti featuring Oysters and Pearls, warm pecorino cheese, prosciutto wrapped persimmon and marinated artichokes. For the next course, guests can choose between pink tortellini with white chocolate sauce and compressed apple or prosecco saffron risotto with pink shrimp and fennel crystals. Entrée choices include pink pepper crusted tuna with gnocchi, ratatouille and charred tomato sauce or truffled wagyu medallion with mozzarella mashed potato, grilled gem lettuce and salmoriglio. Valentine’s Day wouldn’t be complete without something sweet to end the evening— dessert options include a rose prosecco semifreddo float or a chocolate amore heart shaped cake.   • Treat your guest to a multilayered experience at Brooklyn Bowl this Valentine’s Day. Guests begin the evening with a three-course meal specially curated to satisfy taste buds. Appetizers of calamari or shrimp cocktail followed by a blue ribbon fried chicken with mashed potatoes and collard greens as an entrée. For an entrée, select between a filet mignon with port wine fig sauce and gratin dauphinoise, a roasted chicken with potato lyonnaise and tarragon jus, or John Dory with gnocchi, snow peas, pearl onions and sea urchin sauce. Satisfy your sweet tooth with a delectable dessert to conclude the perfect romantic evening.

Paris Las Vegas

  • Martorano’s celebrates Valentine’s Day by treating guest to a wide assortment of Italian-American favorites. Begin your meal with a choice of antipasti including fried calamari Bibzy, Martorano’s famous meatball & salad, fried mozzarella and more. Rogue raises a glass to chocolate stouts this February, the month to celebrate all things decadent, sweet and full of chocolate. This year, just in time for Valentine’s Day, Double Chocolate Stout gets a new look that emphasizes its chief ingredient: imported Belgian chocolate.

Both Double Chocolate Stout and Chocolate Stout celebrate Valentine’s Day, but give those celebrating an alternative to roses, champagne and strawberries. 
“Strawberries aren’t even in season in February,” says Rogue President Dharma Tamm. “Our two decadent stouts are a fantastic way to show you really care about someone. And if you need to do something more traditional, these beers are great for candlelight dinners.”
